While our strategy is algorithm-driven, you acknowledge that technical failures—including but not limited to internet connectivity issues, exchange outages, or software glitches—can occur. We are not liable for losses resulting from technological system failures.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Theta Capital Management, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your use of the Site or our services.
